Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We use PayPal to receive payments. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE PAYPAL. Simply click on the link on the left hand side of the payment through Paypal screen where it asks if you'd like to proceed without registering. We can also accept payment over the phone - 618 288-9949.

Q. What are your hours?

A. We are open Mondays 10 - 3, Tuesday through Friday 10 - 5, and Saturday 10 - 3. We are closed on Sundays. We also have extended hours during the holidays.

Q. Where are you located?

A. We are located in Old Town Glen Carbon Illinois in Miner Square. Our address is 117 Glen Crossing Road, Glen Carbon IL 62034. Mail should be sent to our PO Box 107.

Q. How can I find out when you have sales?

A. We are happy to add you to our email list in order to let you know about new items, promotions, and sales. Just email us at chickpeasco@mac.com

Q. I saw an item in the shop that I don't see online. Can I order this as well?

A. Yes! We have many more items in the shop that we do not have on the website. Just email us if you are interested in an item that we have, or that you wonder if we have, and we can add it to your order if it is in stock.

Please allow 5 - 8 business days from the date your order was placed, although most often you will receive it sooner.

Q. Can I get my order shipped express, or possibly delivered?

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes. Please contact us and we will give you a quote based on the shipping location.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. For online orders, we will except exchanges or returns for store credit for 30 days, and you may exchange through the store as well. All sale items are final sale.
