Returns

General return policy--Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date—unused, in original condition and packaging (except gift packaging) to receive a full refund less shipping fees.  Clearance items (items more than 25% off) are final sale and no refund will be issued.

Gift returns—will be redeemed for store credit if gift receipt or order information is available and return is submitted within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges—in order to ensure that the desired item is available we recommend placing a new order for the item online and returning the original item.  The original item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Please notify us by email if you are sending a return.  We will advise you when the return has been processed.
